Staff Culture Survey 2016 – Please fill in

The School of Life Sciences is applying for an Athena SWAN Bronze award in April 2016. An important part of this process is finding out how staff feel about working in the School and the various practices and policies that are in place.
As such, we would really appreciate a few minutes of your time to complete the SLS Staff Culture survey. All responses are anonymous, so please do feel free to answer honestly and to provide any comments at the end of the survey that you feel are relevant.
We will use the results of this survey to help us to build our Action Plan for change, so it is vital that we get responses from as many staff as possible, across all parts of the School – including postgraduate research students, post-docs, technical support, admin staff and academics.
The survey is available here:
If you have any questions or comments relating to the survey, please contact Lisa Collins (lcollins@lincoln.ac.uk)

Staff Culture Survey 2015 – Please fill in

The Staff Culture Survey is now on-line at , and we’d like to ask your cooperation in filling this survey. The Athena SWAN award is not only about rewarding departments for their discrimination free environments, but also to encourage the adoption of effective measures to promote such environments. So this staff survey is the first step into allowing our School as whole to identify problematic areas, and take the action require to tackle them.

So please do take the time to answer the survey, as it will benefit us all.

The survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SLSCulture
