Athena SWAN Culture Survey 2017

As many of you will be aware, the School of Life Sciences was awarded the Athena SWAN Bronze award in September 2016. This is an ongoing process in which we would like to achieve a Silver (and eventually Gold award). To achieve these goals we need to find out how staff and PGR students feel about various practices and policies that are in place and the overall culture of the School.

As such, we would really appreciate a few minutes of your time to complete the SLS Staff Culture survey. All responses are anonymous, so please do feel free to answer honestly and to provide any comments at the end of the survey that you feel are relevant.

We will use the results of this survey to help us to build our Action Plan for change, so it is vital that we get responses from as many staff as possible, across all parts of the School – including postgraduate research students, post-docs, technical support, admin staff and academics.

The survey is available here:

The survey is now open until the 31st March.

If you have any questions or comments relating to the survey, please contact Sheena Cotter (scotter@lincoln.ac.uk ).
